Pearl and Vine is established by Sharon whose love of gourmet food is rooted in her 20+ years working with Michelin starred chefs and gourmet artisans. As the Vice president of Gourmet Fine Foods for an internationally renowned Swiss company, she curated portfolios of premium wine and ingredients sourced from all over the world to meet the stringent and highest standard expectation of her clients. Her journey has always been guided by a deep respect for quality, authenticity, and the joy of sharing good food.
She founded Pearl & Vine to challenge the status quo: a market flooded with overpriced, mass-produced products and little understanding of true craftsmanship. The mission is to create a platform to introduce guests to exceptional gourmet selections and to explore the extraordinary experience of wine and caviar pairing. Every item is carefully selected from farm to table, ethically sourced. Because for Sharon, quality is non-negotiable—and the joy of good food should be in every bite, every moment, and every home.
