Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders of HK$800 or more qualify for free delivery (except remote areas).
  • Standard Shipping: Orders below HKD$800 incur a HK$50 fee
  • Remote area charges : TBC by SF 

* Remote areas: Mui Wo, South Lantau, Pui O, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau

Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 days.
  • Delivery Hours: delivered by SF Express.
  • Special Arrangements: Contact us for specific delivery requests.

Remote Area Delivery Arrangements

Outlying Islands (Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau) and Mui Wo: Delivered via SF Express.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For food items due to storage and hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges.
  • Items that are incomplete, damaged, have broken safety seals, or are not resalable.

Pearl & Vine takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. Pearl & Vine cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
